ChatGPT Plus or Gemini Premium? Pick the right one

If you only ever buy one, buy the one that matches the work you repeat most. Not the one with the best demo video.

ChatGPT Plus is the safer default for writing and code. It is good at long documents, following a style you give it, and holding a long conversation without forgetting the start. Most freelancers who write, edit or plan spend their day here.

Gemini Premium makes more sense when your work lives inside Google. Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets and NotebookLM are where it earns its price. If you already keep your whole business in Google Workspace, the time you save is real.

For video and image work, neither is the main tool. Take a design or video plan instead and keep a cheap AI chat for the writing around it.

One more thing that matters in Pakistan: price per month. A plan you can keep paying for beats a plan you cancel in week three. Buy the shorter length first, use it hard for a month, then extend if it earned its place.
